5 Groups in White Raiment

Those arrayed in white robes are: –

1)       The Remnant‘undefiled and worthy to walk with Christ’ – Rev 3:4.

2)       The Radiant‘overcomers, walking in the light’ – Rev 3:5.

3)       The Reverent‘elders worshipping before the Throne’ – Rev 4:4, 10.

4)       The Redeemedout of Great Tribulation – ‘washed in the blood’ – Rev 7:13-14.

5)       Those Raptured – * ‘saints called to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb’ – Rev 19:7-9.

NB. The Lamb’s Marriage Supper consists of the raptured Pre-tribulation Church saints but also includes the martyrs of the Tribulation Period – Rev 6:9-11; 17:6. The 144,000 Jewish evangelists Rev 14:1-5. (God started with Israel and finishes with them). The Two Witnesses are Jewish. (NB. The word martyr means to be a witness, see Rev 2:13. Antipas – a martyr).

The colour White, is an inherently positive colour, it is associated with purity, innocence, light, goodness, Heaven, safety, brilliance, illumination, understanding, cleanliness, faith, spirituality, humility, sincerity, protection, softness, and perfection.

When we study The Book of Revelation – Chapter 1 shows us our Lord. Chapters 2 and 3 show us the 7 types of Churches/ Synagogues/Fellowships. Chapters 4 and 5 show us Heaven. Chapters 6 to 18 show us the 7-year Tribulation Period. Chapter 19 shows us the return of Mashiach (Messiah) and Chapter 20 shows us very clearly Yeshua/Jesus reigning and ruling on the earth for 1,000 years as a number of prophecies and passages in the Bible teach and show us. (Psalm 66:4 and 67:4 are just two examples of many).

* The only group of saints that have been bought by the blood of the Lamb (Jesus our Lord and King, are those Jews and Gentiles who were or are now ‘born again’. Yeshua taught Rabbi Nicodemus, a Pharisee, a ruler of the Jews this very truth in John 3:3 that you must be “born again” if you wish to see the Kingdom of God.  Jews/Gentiles will become ‘born again’ through believing in Yeshua/Jesus during the 7-year Tribulation Period, many will be martyred as they will not take the Mark of the Beast. Rev 13:1-18. Who are the saints in Rev 13:7,10? They are Jews/Gentiles who have finally believed. (NB. In the O.T and N.T the word Saints is used 35 times and 60 times. Remnant is used 85 and 6 times, Elect 4 and 13.)

Revelation 5:9-10. And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the Book, and to open the seals thereof: for Thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. Cf. Revelation 2:25-26. He comes for His Bride.

Conclusion: The Tribulation Period begins from chapter 6 onwards. It seems clear from the verse above that we His blood bought saints are already in Heaven. The rapture, or the catching up has already taken place. We are not appointed unto God’s Wrath: –

Romans 5:9. Much more then, being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. (Yeshua/Jesus)

1 Thessalonians 5:9. For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ.

The Book of Revelation is written in a systematic order, unveiling the ‘Things to Come’.
