1) The truly wise person will hear the Word of the Lord – Prov 1:5.
2) Then they will obey it – Proverbs 12:15.
3) To then turn from any sin – Proverbs 14:16.
4) Then comes obedience as they store it – Proverbs 9:9; 10:14.
5) To win the lost – Proverbs 11:30. 5)
6) To control the tongue – Proverbs 10:19. (A life-long battle!)
7) To then be diligent – Proverbs 10:5.
8) So that the wise person will inherit Glory – Proverbs 3:35.
9) To bring joy to others – Proverbs 10:1 and 15:20.
10) To have his or her needs provided – Proverbs 21:20.
11) And to have strength for war (spiritual war) – Proverbs 24:5-6.
12) Wisdom is more important than riches and power – Prov 8:12-21.
FACT – Wisdom helps us build for all eternity. Amen.

All you need for a successful life in God comes when you receive His wisdom. Proverbs 1:1-6.
The Fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge. Proverbs 1:7.
A son or a daughter will hear instruction from their father and listen to the law of their mother regarding matters of family and life. Proverbs 1:8-9.
Proverbs 1:10. Teaches a son not to be enticed by sinners. They will lead astray and spoil the life of any son or daughter. No wonder the key word in the Book of Proverbs is wisdom. Wisdom is the ability to live life skillfully, to live a godly life in an ungodly world. Our Heavenly Father knows best.
Proposition – God’s Wisdom speaks forth to 3 types of people!
1) The Simple. 2) The Scorner. 3) The Fool. All are spiritually blind!
1. The Simple – are people who believe everything. Proverbs 14:15.
They sadly have no understanding. Proverbs 7:7; 9:4.
They also cannot see the road ahead. Proverbs 22:3; 27:12.
Yeshua (Jesus) is the Way, the Truth and the only way of Life. John 14:6.
2. The Scorner – he or she think they know everything. Prov 21:24.
They never attain wisdom. Proverbs 14:6.
Nor do they profit from rebuke. Proverbs 9:7-8; 13:1; 15:12.
As scoffers they are trouble makers. Proverbs 22:10.
Judgment awaits them. Proverbs 19:29, 21:11a.
3.The Fool – is self-confident, Proverbs 12:15, Proverbs 28:26.
Fools will say there is no God. Psalm 14:1; Ps 53:1.
They hate instruction. Proverbs 1:7, 22; 23:9.
They speak through pride. Proverbs 14:3.
They speak without thinking. Proverbs 18:13; 19:11.
They are meddlers Proverbs 20:3 and mock at sin. Proverbs 14:9.
They love to fight. Proverbs 18:6-7; 27:3.
They do not learn from discipline. Proverbs 17:10; 27:22.
They will finally fall. Proverbs 10:8, 10, and 14.
Conclusion:
The heart of the matter is found in two of the many proverbs given.
1) As a man (or woman) thinks within their heart, so they become. – Proverbs 23:7.
2) We are to fear the Lord and the King. Proverbs 24:21.
