Glorious things are spoken of thee, O city of God. Selah. Psalm 87:3.
1) A Place of Revelation and Reunion.
“Now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face; now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.” 1 Corinthians 13:12.
(NB. This verse has the plural in ‘we’ then the singular in ‘I’.)
In Matthew 8:11 – Yeshua taught “And I say unto you, that many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the Kingdom of Heaven.”
2) A Place of Surpassing Beauty.
“Eye hath not seen nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him.” –
1 Corinthians 2:9. (“The half was not told” – 1 Kings 10:7)
3) A Place of Supreme Happiness.
“Fullness of Joy” – Psalm 26:11. God shall wipe away all tears” – Rev 7:17.
(There will be no more sadness, sickness, sighing, or sorrow just Salvation in our Lord and Saviour Yeshua/Jesus).
4) A Place of Freedom from Pain.
“There shall be no more pain” – Revelation 21:4.
(There will be no Deafness, nor Blindness, nor the Lame nor the Crippled, nor Dumbness, nor any hinderance, for all the redeemed shall be healed to sing and dance before the Lord. As it is written, so shall it be. Amen.
THE 7 NO MORES –
In the New Heaven and the New Earth. Revelation chapter 21.
1. No more sea – verse 1.
2. No more curse – verse 3.
3. No more sorrow – verse 4.
4. No more crying – verse 4.
5. No more pain – verse 4.
6. No more death – verse 4.
7. No more night – verse 5.
