1) Rejecting God – bondage with Satan. 2 Peter 2:4. Jude 6.
For if God did not spare the angels who sinned, but cast them down to hell and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved for judgment; And the angels who did not keep their proper domain, but left their own abode, He has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness for the judgment of the great day;
2) Stripes for evil deeds – degrees of pain. Luke 12:47-48.
And that servant who knew his master’s will, and did not prepare himself or do according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes. But he who did not know, yet committed things deserving of stripes, shall be beaten with few. For everyone to whom much is given, from him much will be required; and to whom much has been committed, of him they will ask the more.

Then the king said to the servants, ‘Bind him hand and foot, take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’
4) Cast into outer darkness – the loss of God’s light, life, love and liberty. Matthew 8:12; 25:30.
“But the sons of the kingdom will be cast out into outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”
‘And cast the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’
5) The Lake of Fire – eternal misery and eternal separation. Revelation 20:13-15.
The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.
