God’s Care for His Own

Key verse: 1 Peter 5:6-7.

Therefore, humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time.

Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.

1. He knows our names – John 10:3. To him the doorkeeper opens and the sheep hear His voice; and He calls His own sheep by name and leads them out.

2. He numbers the hairs of our head – Matt 10:30. The very hairs of your head are all numbered.

3. He counts the steps of our feet – Job 14:16.

4. He writes down the thoughts of our hearts – Malachi 3:16.

5. He bottles the tears from our eyes – Psalm 56:8. You number my wanderings; put my tears into Your bottle; are they not in Your book?

6. He holds our right hand in His hand – Ps 73:23 and Isaiah 41:13.

7. He supplies all our needs – Philippians 4:19.
