16 Then Jacob awoke from his sleep and said, “Surely the Lord is in this place, and I did not know it.” 17 And he was afraid and said, “How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven!” Genesis 28:16-17.
16 Simon Peter answered and said, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”
17 Yeshua answered and said to him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven. 18 And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My House (Church), and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. Matthew 16:16-18.
7 Then Yeshua said to them again, “Most assuredly, I say to you, I AM the door (or gate) of the sheep. 8 All who ever came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. 9 I AM the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.” John 10:7-9.
